Achieving stellar social growth for Solgar - the gold standard in vitamins & supplements

The Brief

Grow awareness for Solgar’s key immunity range over winter.  Make sure Solgar’s existing fans knew about the range and were prepared to try them whilst acknowledging the need to inject energy in to a social strategy which had been limited to product posting.

Our Response

Created community management solution to ensure 24/7 audience engagement through message responses, comment replies and proactive engagement with 3rd party pages; alongside developing dormant partnerships with ambassadors and influencers to co-produce and promote content (Gabby Logan, Matt Wallace, Desiree Henry & others).

To capture attention we ran a social competition mechanic ft. a Peloton exercise bike as the lead prize, “Win Winter”. The drive product interest through a series of expert advice videos to better explain their products.
